WHAT A GEM! Stumbled across this place on a Wednesday night when my apt was part of an Azusa-wide blackout and we had nothing else to do lol.
Got there at 9:15pm and they close at 10pm. I made my BF get our food to go because I felt bad being "those people" - the only ones in the dining room right before closing time. Before we left, 2-3 other groups filled the dining room lol. Must be a popular spot!
We ordered a breakfast meal, the grilled chicken salad, and the fried zucchini. Fav part, HANDS DOWN, was the fried zucchini! Best I've ever had, tbh! And you get a giant bag full + 2 ranch sides for under $4!
My salad was also really good! The portion was generous and the chicken was perfect. Chicken salads at these types of dive spots can be risky ... lots of times, I'll get really gristly chicken. Not here! It was seriously very good! They have a new balsamic dressing that I tried - super good! Not too heavy and really flavorful.
A large soda and the food mentioned above cost under $30. Can't wait to come back and try more of their bomb food! -

Absolutely love this spot, mainly because it's one of the only places that I know in the SGV where you can get an actual "malt" not a shake. Yes ladies and gentlemen a MALT!!!
Burgers, fries, zucchini, grilled cheese are also great! But give them a shot! Walk there like we do and make a malt and burger your reward for a hard Sunday concrete hike hahaha! My wife LOVES diner food. She comes from the East Coast and went to school in NYC, so she is always complaining that there's a lack of great diner food here on the West Coast. Well, Alpha Omega has found a fan in my wife. First, their fries are amazing. You could create a meal out of the fries alone. Second, their food isn't super greasy like with some hole-in-the-wall diners. I can't say you should come here because it's "healthy", but it's delicious and not soaked in grease so that's good enough for me.
The only thing I wish they did different is their pastrami. They give you a BUNCH of pastrami on your sandwich, but ultimately I find it a little bland and maybe even a little on the rubbery side. But I love pastrami, so maybe I'm just a really harsh critic.
The only downside to Alpha Omega as a whole is that they get BUSY. For them it's not a downside, but if you were expecting to get in and get eating, you need to come during off-hours in the afternoon or evening. For breakfast and lunch they get packed and you'll probably spend a half hour or longer waiting for you food. But it's worth it! -

Ohmy! All I can say is...CHILI CHEESE FRIES with extra crispy fries and a side of ranch! You might possibly forget your name because of how good it is, but oh well, you have a new found love!

I as well as my family love coming to Alpha! If you see the line out on the street for the drive thru trust me it's sooo worth waiting!! They have such good food! From breakfast to lunch to dinner. My go too are the Cheeseburger (add bacon and avocado) combo, veggie omelet, steak sandwich combo, fish sandwich comb, zucchini, onion rings, Oreo shake o can go on. Everyone there is friendly and your food comes out great every time!!! When I'm Covina support these type of places def better then Taco Bell or Jacks. We have been coming for over 5 year now and the food is always the same quality! I forgot to take a picture of my food, but I excluded the menu.
Also how are you going to base a review off your friends experience. And if you know the line is long do a phone order and get off the car and get it. I'm sorry some of these people and their reviews just make me
